About The Position

Productiv is a third-party logistics company specializing in kitting, assembly, and omnichannel fulfillment. The Bilingual Production Line Lead oversees daily operations in a warehouse production and packaging area at the DFW Patriot site. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, this on-the-floor leader coordinates daily activities, keeps the production line moving, supports the team, and ensures work complies with safety, quality, and production standards. The Lead also serves as the floor’s go-to person when the Supervisor is absent.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience working in a production or manufacturing environment.
At least 2 years of experience in a Lead role (Lead, team lead, or working supervisor) in a production or manufacturing environment.
Professional fluency in English and Spanish, including reading, writing, and speaking both languages.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to train, coach, and hold a team accountable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) across the production line and packaging area.
Coordinate and execute the daily production schedule to maximize efficiency, quality, and throughput.
Organize, train, and support production line team members on the floor.
Review, check, and sign off on work completed by line employees, and accurately process daily paperwork.
Communicate effectively with the Supervisor and team.
Escalate safety concerns, quality issues, or production specifications that cannot be met.
