About The Position

Leadpoint Business Services is hiring a Production Line Lead to oversee the sorting production line at its production facility in Homewood, Illinois. The role involves assigning work, managing the line, and helping ensure smooth, efficient operations. The lead trains and coaches new and existing team members, assigns employees to production lines, and manages data tracking and reporting. The position also involves safety oversight, conflict resolution, employee evaluations, and clearing and cleaning production lines as needed to support product quality and efficiency. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have keen attention to detail and basic computer skills.
Have at least 6 months of supervisory experience.
Have 2 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.

Be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities
