About The Position

Leadpoint Business Services is seeking a Production Line Lead to oversee the sorting production line and ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently at its production facility in Homewood, Illinois. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
At least 6 months of supervisory experience.
Two years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
Keen attention to detail.
Basic computer skills.
Consent to a drug screen, including THC testing.
Consent to a background check; prior convictions may not necessarily disqualify applicants.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Scheduling flexibility.

Responsibilities

Assign work and team members to production lines.
Manage the sorting production line to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Train and coach new and existing team members.
Manage production data tracking and reporting.
Hold daily safety meetings and enforce safety procedures and site-specific protocols.
Resolve conflicts between team members and work with management to address complaints and grievances.
Conduct employee evaluations.
Clear and clean production lines as needed to support product quality and efficiency.
