About The Position
The Production Lead is responsible for cultivating a culture of safety, security, and operational resilience across all enterprise locations. Requirements
- 3+ years of production experience, including leadership.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and safety protocols.

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily production operations and assign tasks.
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across shifts.
- Train and mentor associates.
- Monitor inventory and report discrepancies.
- Support audits and continuous improvement.
