Production Lead directs the daily activities of the production departments in an efficient manner for the desired quality and quantity of work. Production Lead reports directly to the Production Supervisor. This position oversees all work related to Production.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Ability to perform basic math skills accurately
• Ability to read and write, follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. periodically throughout the day

Responsibilities

• Reading blueprints, sketches, diagrams, or other drawings to determine work requirements
• Direct processes for team and ensure they remain on task
• Inspecting parts for quality and defects, using appropriate tooling
• Reading and interpreting blueprints to determine proper setup and procedures
• Understanding and operating various equipment and machinery, for efficient workflow
• Following safety guidelines and procedures
