We’re seeking aProduction Team Lead who leads by example and works directly in the production workflow. This role supports daily production execution by guiding associates, maintaining workflow, and ensuring on-time fulfillment (OTF), quality, and productivity goals are met. The Team Lead works closely with the supervisor and remains actively engaged on the floor throughout the shift.

Requirements

• Hands-on production leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
• Comfort working directly in production while leading others
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Results-driven and safety-focused mindset
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 5 years of production experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Mechanical aptitude, problem-solving, leadership, and communication
• Basic Windows proficiency

Responsibilities

• Assign daily work and maintain production flow
• Enforce safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Support OTF, productivity, quality, and employee engagement goals
• Lead shift huddles and communicate daily plans and results
• Train, audit, and support associates on processes and quality standards
• Communicate personnel and performance updates to the supervisor
• Identify and escalate quality or equipment issues
• Drive continuous improvement within the work area
• Perform hands-on production work across assigned workflows
• Operate, monitor, and maintain equipment
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Ensure product meets quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Perform additional tasks as assigned
