About The Position

The Production Lead coordinates daily production activities, leading and supporting production team members to meet quality and productivity targets while ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to standards.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of production or manufacturing experience
  • 1+ year in a lead or supervisory capacity preferred
  • Strong knowledge of production processes
  • Ability to train and motivate team members
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Effective communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred
  • Experience in apparel or textile manufacturing
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate production team activities to meet daily goals
  • Train new production staff on equipment operation and quality standards
  • Monitor workflow and adjust team assignments to optimize productivity
  • Perform quality checks on finished products
  • Troubleshoot production issues and equipment problems
  • Communicate production status and issues to Production Supervisor
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized production area
  • Provide hands-on support during peak production times
  • Track and report production metrics
