Overview: This person will oversee operations of the processing crew and activities in the production area. Here's what you'll do: In charge of rotating break times in the area, and scheduling crew times for process, sanitation and other tasks. Ensures production area is operating efficiently. Provides Preventive Maintenance during season and off-season to all processing area equipment. Be aware of and comply with current good manufacturing practices regarding; proper food handling techniques, food-protection principles, the danger of poor personal hygiene and unsanitary practices Individual will be the lead for the receiving area crews, and should oversee all related activities.
