About The Position

The Production Lead guides and trains production employees and coordinates quality checks on an assigned production line. The role assigns plant operations during the shift, meets production schedules, maintains employee and product safety, and monitors usage and paperwork. The position works in a plant environment and is responsible for training and directing 12–40 employees.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Fundamental understanding of Lean Manufacturing.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Ability to communicate and work well with others in a plant environment.
• Ability to multitask.
• Self-motivated, personable, influential, organized, punctual, and outgoing.
• Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs frequently.
• Ability to lift 20 pounds frequently.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the location of application; sponsorship for work authorization is unavailable.

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and SAP.

Responsibilities
