About The Position

The Production Lead will oversee pre-op and/or tear down depending on the shift, coordinate line set-up, and review production issues, schedule orders, and product specifications. This role involves working with other departments to prevent downtime, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and assigning personnel to workstations. The lead will also be responsible for training employees, recommending corrective actions, ensuring specification compliance, and maintaining accurate documentation for line operations, including lot tracking, waste, quality checks, and production standards. Basic math skills, data entry into computer programs, and attention to detail are essential. The ability to read and interpret various operational documents is required. This position is expected to cross-train in all lead areas related to production and packaging and requires working safely at all times. The role is primarily on the floor (95% of the shift) and requires a flexible schedule. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Ability to read, speak, and write in English.

Responsibilities

  • Must work safely at all times.
  • Cross train in all lead areas related to production and packaging.
