Manages Pork and Beef line and monitors raw material to cut shop to ensure correct usage. Collaborates with the Supervisor/Manager to assist in coordinating the daily activities of the production lines. Monitors the receiving, selection, and/or loading of warehouse products to ensure the efficient flow of products in the warehouse. Monitors and prioritizes order fulfillment and monitors staff break times. Assists in investigating variances. Assists in the department's administration function and record keeping, including weekly action incentive input and scoring, preparing meetings, and analyzing error ratios. Provides training for employees on job technique and/or safety requirements. Serve in the function of employee or supervisor as appropriate. Assists in resolving production issues, problems, or conflicts. A production lead is to follow and maintain all Quality Assurance, HACCP, SQF requirements, and Occupational Health & Safety regulations and ensure all employees under their department follow all the regulations.
