About The Position

We are looking for a full-time Pharmacy Production Lead to oversee production operations, support pharmacy staff, and ensure patients receive their medications efficiently and accurately. As a Pharmacy Production Lead, you will play a key role in: Overseeing production workflows from packaging to toting Ensuring timely completion of monthly workloads Coordinating with Pharmacists, Production Managers, and Pharmacy Technicians to maintain smooth operations At Princing’s, you’re not just an employee—you’re a vital part of our mission to provide exceptional care. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Michigan Pharmacy Technician license or eligibility for licensure
  • Previous experience in pharmacy production or technician roles
  • Knowledge of pharmacy processes and workflow management
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with pharmacy software
  • Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
  • Effective English communication skills
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring monthly production calendars and ensuring timely workflow
  • Anticipating delays or bottlenecks and providing solutions
  • Acting as a liaison between pharmacy departments for seamless communication
  • Ensuring prescriptions are accurately pulled, filled, and packaged
  • Training and supporting pharmacy staff to maintain best practices
  • Monitoring staff performance and addressing issues as needed
  • Maintaining knowledge of all production areas to answer technical questions
  • Communicating promptly with management about workflow challenges
  • Following instructions and responding to management direction
  • Other duties as assigned
