The current production facility is in West Hazleton, PA, with greenfield sites going up in Decatur, AL and Crawfordsville, IN. Requirements

Competent with Microsoft Office software programs.
Minimum 6 months' experience in steel manufacturing.
Ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Operations processes and procedures.
Previous leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Be a positive member of the leadership team at NTS Hazleton.
Be an active participant in developing teammates within our culture.
Monitor machine loading to ensure proper flow of product throughout the department.
Oversee and train teammates on the line.
Communicate information to other departments and teammates as it relates to production.
Establish and set the pace and maintain efficiency and quality on the line.
Fill in for other positions on the line, and for the Supervisor, as necessary.
Uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
