The Production Lead is responsible for leading a team of 4-8 coworkers while safely and efficiently carrying out the duties of the Production II; dumping raw product onto the production line, stacking pallets of finished cases, working according to food safety, HACCP, Preventative Controls and customer requirements, preparing batter mixtures and maintaining finished product quality.

Requirements

Previous manufacturing experience preferred
Attention to detail
Drive to succeed
Focus on safety with ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and work in a drug-free environment
Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
Ability to move product above shoulder height
Must be able to operate a manual pallet jack
Understanding of basic math skills

Responsibilities

Leading a team of 4-8 coworkers
Safely and efficiently carrying out the duties of the Production II
