About The Position

Guide and train production employees and coordinate quality checks on assigned production line. This role involves demonstrated leadership abilities and will be responsible for training and directing 12-40 employees. The Production Lead will assign plant operations during the shift, meet production schedules, maintain employee and product safety, and be production & quality conscientious. Additionally, they will monitor usages and paperwork.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Fundamental understanding of Lean Manufacturing
• Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs on a frequent basis
• Ability to lift 20 pounds on a frequent basis
• Self-motivated

• Ability to be punctual and outgoing
• Ability to communicate and work well with others in a plant environment
• Ability to successfully multi-task
