Requirements

• Walk, stand, lift, push, pull, reach at or above your shoulder level, bend over, crawl, climb and kneel for long periods of time
• Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds regularly
• Recognize differences in colors and have good depth perception
• Work in an environment that can be noisy, dusty, slippery and temperatures may be extreme
• Work in a busy place that has many interruptions

Nice To Haves

• Highschool diploma or equivalent
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Help with set up and operate the machine by following the customer’s order
• Stack and pile orders
• Inspect orders to make sure they are done properly
• Keep a safe and clean workplace
• Follow health and safety procedures
• Use PPE (personal protective equipment) properly
• Opportunities to work up to a machine operator position

Benefits

• Probation wage $20.15 per hour (90 days or 720 working hours)
• Wage following successful completion of probation $23.27 per hour
