About The Position

Pavestone, part of The QUIKRETE® Companies, LLC, is seeking a highly motivated Production Laborer for their Lacombe, LA facility. This role involves operating forklifts, using hand tools, and strictly adhering to safety procedures. Key responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas, loading and unloading materials and supplies, and setting up forms for the manufacturing production process of concrete products. The laborer will also handle and move production materials, follow all safety protocols, wear appropriate protective gear, and ensure quality control standards are met for high-quality concrete products. Additionally, the position requires performing any other miscellaneous tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

Comfort with Lifting up to 50 Pounds
The ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
A great understanding of Safety Compliance
Comfort working around Industrial Machinery
