About The Position

The Production Laborer role involves operating forklifts, using hand tools, and adhering to safety procedures. Responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas, loading and unloading materials and supplies, and setting up forms in the manufacturing production process of concrete products. The laborer will also handle and move production materials, follow safety protocols, wear appropriate protective gear, and adhere to quality control standards to ensure the production of high-quality concrete products. Additionally, the position requires performing any other miscellaneous tasks assigned by management at any given time and in any given area.

Requirements

Comfort with Lifting up to 50 Pounds
The ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
A great understanding of Safety Compliance.
Comfort working around Industrial Machinery.
Passing a drug-screen and pre-employment testing for this role

Experience working in a Manufacturing environment a plus
