About The Position
Rocky Mountain Twist - Immediate Production Laborer Needed Are you looking to join a dynamic team in the manufacturing industry? RMT is a leading company in the design, engineering, and manufacturing of high-performance cutting tools. We are currently seeking Production Laborers to join our Drill Finish department. As a Production Laborer at RMT, you will have the opportunity to work with advanced technologies and state-of-the-art equipment, learning various machine operation duties and contributing to the production of top-quality products. Advancement opportunities are available. There are set wage increases for training completion. This position is a day shift, Monday - Friday 7 am - 3:30 pm.

- Load/unload parts
- Wash parts
- Assemble parts
- Inspect parts
- Move materials
- Perform any duties requested by the Supervisor
- Read job orders
- Operate industrial machinery to achieve production results
- Ensure products meet customer specifications through quality checks
- Enter data into computer systems
- Perform manual production duties
- Wear personal protective equipment as required
- Perform duties to ensure safety of self and others
- Report machine malfunctions, production errors, and quality issues to Supervisor
- Assist in minor machine set up, maintenance, and repair duties
- Assembly of component parts
