REAL ALLOY is the market leader in third-party aluminum recycling and specification alloy production. We convert aluminum scrap and by-products into reusable aluminum metal for a growing number of applications across various industries. Advanced technologies enable us to process a large variety of scrap and dross and reduce the amount of residual waste from aluminum manufacturing that would otherwise end up as landfill. This is a heavy industry environment with high safety and quality standards. Training will be on day shift then transition to scheduled shift times. Our Real Alloy business in Chicago Heights, IL has a career opportunity for an experienced Production Labor in Industrial Manufacturing. The Production Laborer is tasked with processing aluminum scrap and operates on a melting furnace. This can include burner control, in addition to charging, melting, and transferring molten aluminum into DEOX when needed. Responsibilities

Learn our safety and quality procedures.
Build a variety of skills related to processing and melting aluminum scrap, then transferring molten aluminum into molds.
Prepare material for melting.
Assemble material into the furnace at the proper temperature.
Employees will make certain material bins are straight, clean, and orderly.
Confirm that raw material loads are processed completely.
