Our Real Alloy business in Chicago Heights, IL has a career opportunity for an experienced Production Labor in Industrial Manufacturing. The Production Laborer is tasked with processing aluminum scrap and operates on a melting furnace. This can include burner control, in addition to charging, melting, and transferring molten metal into DEOX when needed. Responsibilities

• Learn our safety and quality procedures.
• Build a variety of skills related to processing and melting aluminum scrap, then transferring molten aluminum into molds.
• Prepare material for melting.
• Assemble material into the furnace at the proper temperature.
• Employees will make certain material bins are straight, clean, and orderly.
• Confirm that raw material loads are processed completely.
