About The Position

This position ensures a clean, safe, and lint-free environment across the entire facility during 3rd shift operations. Responsibilities include cleaning production areas, maintaining the parking lot and building exterior, emptying waste receptacles, and supporting recycling efforts. The Janitor follows all standard operating procedures and upholds company quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness throughout the plant, including production and common areas
• Clean and maintain exterior areas such as parking lots and building grounds
• Empty waste receptacles and support recycling initiatives
• Keep the facility clean, organized, and as lint-free as possible
• Follow all standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
• Cross-train in other positions as needed based on production demands
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor or management
