About The Position

The Production/Inventory Coordinator is responsible for processing and moving production and other materials into and out of storage, production, and other locations to support the flow of production, following standard work instructions. This role involves monitoring work in process, communicating the status of parts and materials using automated systems and manual reporting methods to ensure parts availability, and identifying and solving problems or discrepancies of limited scope with parts and materials using established procedures or processes. The coordinator also collaborates with various functions to set priorities, expedite, and complete production activities to avoid schedule delays. This position works under general supervision.

Requirements

  • More than 3 years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management
  • More than 3 years of experience in Analytical Skills, Understanding Engineering Drawings, and Inventory Control.
  • High School diploma/GED and typically 4 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience.
  • Must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
  • Requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim U.S. Secret Clearance Pre-Start and final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
