About The Position

The Production Inventory Associate supports daily inventory operations within the manufacturing or processing department, ensuring accurate tracking, movement, and documentation of cannabis products. The role is suited to a detail-oriented, organized person who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated cannabis facility.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage high-stress situations and remain flexible and adaptable when needed.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to multitask.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends, if requested.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain and maintain all state-required cannabis badging, including passing a pre-employment background check.
• Must possess a valid driver's license or state ID card.
• Able to sit, squat, stand, kneel, bend, or walk for long durations.
• Ability to push, pull, or lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provides inventory reports to the purchasing and inventory control manager.
• Maintains accurate daily records of goods received and shipments made.
• Manages and maintains the inventory system; facilitates related database or software upgrades under the direction of the purchasing or inventory control manager.
• Conducts frequent spot and partial audits of physical inventory.
• Handles inventory movements across the facility.
• Assists with periodic physical inventory audits.
• Performs other related duties as requested.
