About The Position

Well, look no further! goodr is calling all flaminglets — yes, that’s a baby flamingo — for our 2026 Fall Internship Program! At goodr, we show up unabashedly ourselves, own our sht, and get things done. And we want our interns to do the same. Join us for a 9-week adventure from August 31st, 2026 – October 30th, 2026. This part-time (or full-time if schedule allows), paid internship gives you real-world experience, flamingo-level fun, and skills you can take into any future career. Love storytelling? Love seeing ideas come to life behind the camera or in the editing room? This internship is your ultimate backstage pass! As our Production Intern, you won't just be watching from the sidelines—you’ll be waddling your way through the chaotic, fast-paced world of creative content. From Line Producing and Creative Pitching to Cinematography, Post-Production, and Art Department, you’ll get to dive deep into whichever avenue excites you most. Requirements

  • Committed to the full 9-week internship: August 31st, 2026 - October 30th, 2026
  • Open to part-time (up to 30 hours/week) or full-time (40 hours/week) opportunities depending on your schedule
  • Available to work onsite at our Inglewood, CA office during regular business hours (9am - 5pm)
  • Required to be in the office on Tuesdays (minimum half-day)
  • Must reside in Los Angeles or the surrounding area for the duration of the internship
  • No college degree or prior experience needed—just a passion for learning and jumping into the flamingo-filled chaos of goodr

Responsibilities

  • Gain hands-on experience in Creative Content Production while learning how a fast-paced sports eyewear company operates day-to-day
  • Support our massive content engine (averaging a shoot a week!) by assisting on Marketing Campaigns, Sunglasses Launches, and Athlete Partnerships
  • Collaborate across production tools and systems like Asana, Pics.io, Figma, Wrapbook, and Adobe Premiere to keep our projects organized and tracking smoothly
  • Own a final Capstone Project from start to finish—whether that's line producing a live shoot, updating asset management processes, or kicking off a new YouTube takeover workflow
  • This role is in the Production team and will report directly to the Sr. Content Director
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
