About The Position

A Production II associate performs warehouse activities including picking orders, restocking product, and auditing outbound customer orders. The role involves meeting production and accuracy standards and delivery deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment. The schedule is 1:00 PM–9:30 PM.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience supporting warehouse activities.
• Ability to read and write, and sufficient ability to identify colors, sizes, quantities, labels, and SKU information.
• Basic math skills for counting and quantity.
• Ability to follow directions and change priorities or job duties as business needs require.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to comprehend verbal and written instructions.
• Regular and prompt attendance.
• Essential days or overtime may be required.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Quickly and accurately pick product from designated locations and place it into cartons on a pre-built pick cart or into totes as directed by a hand-scanner.
• Restock product into designated locations.
• Inspect and audit outbound customer orders for accuracy and compliance, seal orders, and direct completed orders to be invoiced and shipped.
• Operate a voice or Radio Frequency unit.
• Check out equipment and return it in the same condition.
• Meet minimum production and accuracy standards and delivery deadlines.
