Requirements

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Basic measuring skills, including the ability to read a ruler and other measurement devices
Basic problem-solving skills
Basic computer skills, including the ability to open, save, and print a file and enter data
Ability to work extended hours and weekends based on production schedule
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
Constantly handles print materials and operates machinery
Frequently required to move inside the facility
Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)
U.S. citizenship (required for federal background check)

Responsibilities

Read and interpret job information on orders to determine production operation
Set up and operate folding machine, including calibration, cleaning, and related setup duties
Insert statements and related materials into envelopes for mailing
Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools
Make continuous quality checks throughout operations
Troubleshoot simple issues that may occur during the shift
Report problems or concerns with quality results to senior management immediately
Place letters or packages into bins to be shipped once inserted
Utilize job instructions, documentation, and quality procedures accurately
Understand DRS and Count Mode processing
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with regulations
