Requirements

  • Requires 5+ years of related experience
  • Excellent in Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
  • Proven experience of 3-5 years in Quality within a regulated industry such as medical devices or Pharma is for this role.
  • An ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate a history of strong teamwork, be proficient in problem resolution and skilled in both written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent quality standards.
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
  • The employee is regularly required to be independently mobile.
  • The employee is also required to interact with a computer, and communicate with peers and co-workers.
  • Candidates must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior quality/inspection experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to train others on inspections that you are signed off on
  • Demonstrated ability to train others on inspections that you are signed off on
  • Prior medical device experience.
  • Experience in a clean room environment.
  • Experience with handling and inspecting PCBAs.

Responsibilities

  • Leads production team work process, equipment testing, manufacturing, disassembly, and reassembly as assigned by supervisor.
  • Prioritizes use of operators according to build schedule.
  • Communicates process issues and provides status updates to team supervisor.
  • Coaches operators/assemblers on production and problem solving skills, performing technical review and machinery setup/breakdown as needed.
  • Ensures Medtronic company quality and safety standards are upheld.
