Production Graphic Designer/Sales
About The Position
Custom Patch Hats is a small but passionate apparel manufacturing company dedicated to producing high-quality products that meets the diverse needs of our customers. We pride ourselves on our craftsmanship, sustainability practices, and commitment to innovation. We are currently seeking a talented Production Graphic Designer/Sales to help elevate our visual presence and support our sales efforts with creative, on-brand designs. A portfolio is required and should be uploaded under additional files. The Graphic Designer will utilize their skills and creativity to design custom products. They will collaborate with the client as well as the internal production team, while managing the development and execution of the custom products. Their day is a mix of customer interactions, by email or phone, and communicating product knowledge. Overall, it revolves around providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a well-organized workflow.
Requirements
- Graphic Design Associate Degree or equivalent, and 1 year of experience.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Customer service or sales experience is recommended.
- Creative and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
- A Portfolio is required.
Responsibilities
- Create apparel mockups based on customer artwork.
- Client communication both electronically and over the phone regarding design and revisions.
- Managing their own client workload in a timely and efficient manner.
- Communicating with the internal team throughout the production process.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our product offerings and stay informed about new products.
- Meet daily quotas by creating estimates and orders in our CRM system, and serving as a point of contact for our clients throughout the sales process.
- Work with return clients and assist throughout the sales process.
- Meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals.
