About The Position

Amalgamated Sugar Company is hiring Production General Labor employees for our Nampa, Idaho sugar manufacturing facility. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to communicate, read, and understand English
Reliable transportation to Nampa, Idaho
Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
Commitment to workplace safety
Must pass a post-hire Safety Test (in English) with a score of 70% or better.

Responsibilities

Supporting sugar manufacturing and production operations
Operating and assisting with industrial equipment and machinery
Using basic hand tools and production equipment
Performing cleaning, sanitation, and housekeeping duties
Monitoring work areas for safety and efficiency
Moving materials and equipment as needed
Following company safety policies and operating procedures
Reading and understanding production instructions, schedules, and safety information
Working collaboratively with production, maintenance, and operations teams
Completing additional duties as assigned
