About The Position
Truly Free is hiring a Production General Labor team member to support our growing production operations. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who wants stable hours, strong pay, and room to grow.
Requirements
- Reliable, on-time team members who want steady work.
- Comfortable with physical labor (standing, bending, lifting up to ~50 lbs).
- Able to follow instructions, work safely, and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Pick products from production areas and box customer orders for shipping.
- Verify labels, quantities, and packing lists for accuracy.
- Assist with basic labeling, assembly, and production line tasks.
- Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized while following all safety rules.
- Operate a variety of machines to assist with production.
