PDS Optical is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business that manufactures a large number of eyeglasses daily, with optical laboratories in Louisville, KY and Fort Lauderdale, FL, and manages optical stores across the US and Puerto Rico. Requirements
- No experience is necessary.
- Must learn and retain knowledge of frame types, sizes, colors, etc.
Nice To Haves
- Optical experience is helpful.
- Production experience is helpful.
Responsibilities
- Place each order in a tray.
- Pull the frame selected by the customer for each order.
- Learn and retain knowledge of frame types, sizes, colors, etc.
- Receive orders from online printer or Data Entry Department and tray up all orders.
- Read work ticket to select proper frame.
- Pull the selected frame and place in optical tray.
- Proper tray scan in and out for your area.
- Maintain adequate inventory and order frames as needed.
