About The Position
The Fremont Company is hiring 3rd shift Forklift Operators at our Rockford, Ohio facility to move product safely and efficiently through our warehouse and production floor. Requirements
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Nice To Haves
- Prior forklift experience preferred; certification a plus (we can certify the right candidate)
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and transport raw materials and finished goods
- Move product between production, warehouse, and shipping areas
- Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report any issues
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and product placement
- Follow all safety protocols and food safety guidelines
- Support the production team with general warehouse duties as needed
