As the Foreman you: Train and coach employees Manage the production schedule Set up, operate, and tend to equipment that packages food products and processing any rework that may result from equipment malfunctioning Clean and sterilize equipment and factory processing areas Inventory management software maintenance Record production data during quality checks Observing, receiving, scanning, data base entries and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources

Requirements

• High School diploma and/or equivalent experience
• Experience leading operations teams in a manufacturing plant
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Professionalism and a passion for leadership

Nice To Haves

• Experience with food service/manufacturing a plus
