Production Flex Associate Day Shift
About The Position

MRP is searching for a passionate and agile Production Flex Associate who considers themselves problem-solvers and excited by challenges and the opportunity to build something great. As a Production Flex Associate in the Finishing Department, you will be responsible for providing operational support across multiple production areas, filling in where needed to maintain workflow, productivity, and safety standards.
Requirements
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic math, reading, and communication skills
- Has curiosity for production processes and machine learning
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Stamina to stand and move about the work area throughout the shift
- Willing to work overtime as needed by the team
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Experience working in a fast-paced, team-based operation
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement concepts
Responsibilities
- Rotate among production departments to support daily operational needs
- Perform general labor duties such as material handling, packing, labeling, feeding machines, and assembling products
- Assist with line setup, cleanup, and changeovers as directed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company and OSHA standards
- Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and work instructions
- Accurately complete required production documentation
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding work status, issues, or concerns
- Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency or safety
- Perform other related duties as assigned based on business needs
