MRP is searching for a passionate and agile Production Flex Associate who consider themselves problem-solvers and excited by challenges and the opportunity to build something great with us. As Production Flex Associate in the Finishing Department, you will be responsible for providing operational support across multiple production areas, with a primary focus on Hand Packing and RFID coordination.

Requirements

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Basic math, reading, and communication skills
Has curiosity for production processes and machine learning
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Stamina to stand and move about the work area throughout the shift
Willing to work overtime as needed by the team

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Experience working in a fast‑paced, team‑based operation

Responsibilities

Provide daily support in the Hand Packing Department as directed.
Work in other production departments to support daily operational needs.
Perform general labor duties such as material handling, packing, labeling, feeding machines, and assembling products.
Assist with line setup, cleanup, and changeovers with the new RFID tag system.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company and OSHA standards.
Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and work instructions.
Accurately complete required production documentation.
Communicate effectively with team members regarding work status, issues, or concerns.
Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency or safety.
Perform other related duties as assigned based on business needs.
