Production Flex Associate/Packing - Day Shift
About The Position

MRP is searching for a passionate and agile Production Flex Associate who considers themselves problem-solvers and excited by challenges and the opportunity to build something great. As a Production Flex Associate in the Finishing Department, you will be responsible for providing operational support across multiple production areas, with a primary focus on Hand Packing and RFID coordination.
Requirements
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic math, reading, and communication skills
- Has curiosity for production processes and machine learning
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Stamina to stand and move about the work area throughout the shift
- Willing to work overtime as needed by the team
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Experience working in a fast-paced, team-based operation
Responsibilities
- Provide daily support in the Hand Packing Department as directed.
- Work in other production departments to support daily operational needs.
- Perform general labor duties such as material handling, packing, labeling, feeding machines, and assembling products.
- Assist with line setup, cleanup, and changeovers with the new RFID tag system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company and OSHA standards.
- Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and work instructions.
- Accurately complete required production documentation.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding work status, issues, or concerns.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency or safety.
- Perform other related duties as assigned based on business needs.
