OMNI Technologies is looking for a full time Finisher on 2nd shift to trim, assemble, machine, and inspect urethane parts. The schedule is Monday - Thursday, 3PM-1AM with potential for overtime. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to read and follow written and verbal work instructions.
  • Basic math and measurement skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Competency in reading and using basic measurement instruments.
  • Ability to lift/push or pull up to 25–50 pounds with or without assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect products to Omni quality specifications, ensuring all finished goods meet established quality, safety, and workmanship standards.
  • Identify defects, nonconformances, or inconsistencies and report issues promptly to the supervisor or quality team.
  • Perform finishing operations using a variety of hand and power tools, including hand tools, drill presses, grinders, taps, and inserts, while adhering to work instructions, safety requirements, and production standards.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, assembly instructions, and work orders to accurately perform assembly, bonding, and installation of various components according to specifications.
  • Make accurate part counts and measurements, demonstrating strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and effective hand-eye coordination to ensure inventory accuracy and product quality.
  • Read, understand, and follow work orders and verbal or written directions, ensuring tasks are completed correctly, efficiently, and within required timeframes.
  • Perform basic equipment maintenance and housekeeping duties, including cleaning work areas, tools, and equipment, and reporting equipment issues to maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with 5S and safety standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor to support production needs and maintain operational efficiency.
