Production Facility Team Member
About The Position
As a Production Facility Team Member in our High-Volume Production environment, your responsibilities will include: Producing dough, baking, and expertly packaging our scrumptious cookies within our fast-paced operation. Assisting in nationwide shipping operations to ensure our cookies reach customers far and wide. Playing a key role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and organization that our operation demands. Assisting with various manager-assigned tasks, including folding boxes and contributing to the smooth flow of our small-scale manufacturing process.
Requirements
- Possessing or obtaining a current food handler's card is mandatory.
- Punctuality and reliable transportation are essential.
- Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Standing, bending, and reaching.
- Repetitive motion and quick maneuvering in a compact space with hot ovens.
Nice To Haves
- Prior kitchen or production experience is beneficial, but not a requirement.
Responsibilities
