Requirements
- Previous manufacturing, production, fabrication, assembly, or CNC experience
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Reliable, safety-focused, and eager to learn
Nice To Haves
- Experience with shop equipment and measuring tools is a plus
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
- Assemble mechanical components and fabricated parts
- Operate fabrication equipment such as press brakes, shears, plate rollers, and fiber lasers
- Use hand and power tools to complete production tasks
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
