About The Position

Wolfe is seeking Production Equipment Operators to join our Gift Card production team on a seasonal contract. In this role you will operate specialized production equipment — including the Datacard MX6100 card personalization machine and the Bell & Howell inserter — to produce reward, loyalty, and gift card packages, and support related shipping and fulfillment functions.

Requirements

Able to commit to the full seasonal assignment through December 31, 2026, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as business demands.
Able to stand for long periods, twist, stoop, and lift up to 40 lbs.
High school diploma or equivalent; basic computer skills (using a mouse, sending and receiving email in Outlook) and basic math (addition and subtraction).
Reliable and punctual, with consistent attendance and on-time arrival for all scheduled shifts; high attention to detail and good written and verbal communication.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Datacard, Bell & Howell, and FedEx shipping preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Operate production-area machines, functions, and processes.
Complete all logs and quality checks for each transaction and conform to all quality and audit controls.
Order, store, and track inventory of supplies, and support on-site storage, inventory, and record-management requests.
Keep daily production flowing to meet service levels, moving to other areas of production as business needs require.
Deliver first-class mail daily to the local USPS office using the company van.
Communicate any issues or obstacles to the Manager and maintain a clean, organized work area.
