About The Position
At Conagra Brands' Denver, CO plant, we proudly produce Udi’s and Glutino gluten‑free products. This role supports daily operations by monitoring and troubleshooting production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous production, primarily in the English Muffin department, but with flexibility to support other areas as needed.
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting boxes up to 50+ pounds, climbing stairs, and frequent use of hands and arms.
- Comfort working in a manufacturing environment with large machinery, moving parts, and noise.
- Commitment to safety — PPE is provided, including ear protection.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet production demand.
Responsibilities
- Operate a variety of production machines and equipment.
- Monitor and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Supply production lines to maintain continuous product flow.
- Perform product quality checks to ensure our products meet consumer and company standards.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to meet production goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with food safety and OSHA requirements.
