About The Position

Reporting to the Line Lead, you will support safe, reliable, and efficient production of our gluten‑free baked products while working as part of a team within our Denver bakery operations. You will work a 10 or 12 ‑hour shift in our 2nd shift. This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment supporting our English Muffin Production department and other lines & departments as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Machine operator experience.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
  • Stand and walk for up to 12 hours.
  • Must be able to communicate with all levels of management.

Responsibilities

  • Advocate for Conagra’s safety and quality program.
  • Communicate any potential line concerns related to safety, efficiency, or risk.
  • Perform production tasks including mixing or measuring dough, filling pans, baking, or assembling product in packaging.
  • Monitor machine operations and provide basic maintenance as needed.
  • Rotate across multiple positions within your team as needed.
