About The Position

We’re seeking a motivated Production Engineering Co-Op to join our team this fall, September 2026 through December 2026! This co-op role will provide hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, reliability engineering, and digital transformation projects. You will contribute to initiatives that improve equipment performance and help develop digital tools for better maintenance management.

Requirements

• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Currently enrolled in a degree program in an engineering field
• Currently pursuing or getting ready to start their Bachelor's degree.
• This is an entry-level position; no previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Support projects to improve machine uptime, increase MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), and reduce MTTR (Mean Time to Repair).
• Work with the team to develop and enhance our CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Assist in creating and deploying Power BI dashboards to track maintenance KPIs.
• Help design data connections and interfaces between SAP Maintenance Module and Power BI for real-time reporting.
• Analyze breakdown and downtime data to identify trends and recommend improvement actions.
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and technicians to understand maintenance workflows and suggest optimization opportunities.
