You’ll work cross‑functionally with planning, quality, logistics, and engineering teams to continuously improve processes, strengthen performance, and support sustainable growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of manufacturing experience, or equivalent combinations of education and experience
• Experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma concepts
• Production and material planning experience
• Proficiency with MS Office; exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
• Strong communication skills and experience with timekeeping systems

Responsibilities

• Champion a zero‑accident safety culture and ensure HSE compliance
• Organize and allocate resources to meet production targets
• Execute production plans aligned with demand and inventory goals
• Ensure on‑time delivery and high‑quality output across assigned lines
• Analyze production data and drive performance improvements
• Identify and support equipment and facility enhancement initiatives
• Resolve critical production, technical, or equipment issues
• Guide, motivate, and develop production team members
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
