About The Position

For more than 76 years, Spice World has been passionate about bringing everyone a world full of flavor, year-round. As a Production Employee in the Jar Lines Department, you will be responsible for monitoring machine operation, feeding materials into machinery, assembling items, packaging items or storing items, and/or palletizing product while keeping the work area clean and safe.

Requirements

Availability to work four days, ten hours shifts from Monday to Thursdays.
This is a second shift position.
Availability of working Fridays, weekends and overtime hours as needed.
Must be able to lift 30-pound boxes regularly.
High School diploma/G.E.D. or equivalent required.
Utilize knowledge and requirements of Good Manufacturing Practices.
Willingness to work overtime and/or weekends.
Strong commitment to company goals and values.
Friendly and positive attitude.
Good communicator and listener.

Responsibilities

Must comply with all good manufacturing practices.
Line employees must operate and monitor the assigned production area, as per the production schedule.
Must feed materials to production line.
Stagging pallets ready for customers.
Labeling pallets as needed.
Cleaning up spills immediately and keeping conveyers dry.
Cleaning line, sweeping and maintaining work area clean.
Report all defects, violations, line/equipment malfunction and issues to line leader.
Other duties as assigned by management.
