About The Position

This position provides general production support for all live services and events. This person is a creative individual who is smart, highly organized, and can succeed in building and developing teams in support of services. You'll assist in the overall leadership of the production department, creating, planning and executing production for all campus-specific events, including outreach events, volunteer meetings/rallies, staff/college chapel services, youth events, etc. You'll create and build creative elements and sermon illustrations as necessary. You'll maintain the Malbis campus's technical equipment and help with any repairs or upgrades as necessary. As a team player, you'll make yourself available to help with any other needs that might arise.

Requirements

• Passion for excellence in the production quality of a worship experience.
• Ability to make sound, critical decisions under pressure.
• A team player with excellent communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
• Strong knowledge of AVL systems and experience in live production (camera operation, switching, theatrical lighting, live audio, and music studio production).

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of experience in live production or equivalent professional experience.
• Expert knowledge of DiGiCo and Midas Pro consoles.
• Expert knowledge of GrandMA Lighting consoles.
• Expert experience with ProTools, and/or Ableton.
• Basic knowledge of Dante, Audio Distribution, PA Management, and RF transmission.
