About The Position

OTHRWRLD, a subsidiary of Taylor Corporation, is looking for a Production & Design Intern to join their team. OTHRWRLD is an award-winning creative production studio producing high-impact fashion, beauty, and entertainment content, branded documentary storytelling, and original film. They partner with brands, agencies, and cultural institutions to create visually ambitious work rooted in real human stories.

Requirements

  • Currently completing a BFA or equivalent degree in design, film, media, or communications
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom
  • Experience designing decks, presentations, and branded materials for real clients or institutions
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing timelines across multiple deliverables
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and project management tools
  • Excellent written communication — able to draft professional correspondence
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment; solutions-oriented mindset
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Design and format pitch decks, treatment documents, and client-facing presentations in Adobe InDesign, Figma, or Google Slides
  • Create branded visual assets for social, marketing, and campaign materials
  • Maintain visual consistency across deliverables — fonts, colors, layout standards
  • Support BTS content production — light photo editing and asset prep
  • Help refine templates for recurring studio documents (call sheets, one-pagers, budgets)
  • Manage and organize shared drives, file naming, and document archives in Google Workspace
  • Draft and send routine correspondence and follow-up emails on the EP's behalf
  • Maintain project trackers and internal task lists in Asana
  • Research vendors, locations, and crew contacts and compile into organized briefs
  • Track permit, contract, and release form status across active projects
  • Assist with budget tracking — inputting expenses and reconciling receipts
  • Assist on set as production assistant — runner, talent coordination, crew logistics
  • Help build call sheets and production schedules under senior producer direction
  • Organize and label media/assets post-shoot; assist with file transfers and drive management
  • Set up Frame.io review links and track client feedback rounds
