About The Position
This internship is for a Design Intern who will be generally responsible for performing or assisting with routine assignments under direct supervision. Primary responsibilities will include familiarity with and utilization of department architectural standards, assisting in developing office standards, assisting in producing drawings and sketches for projects, assisting with field survey work, and assisting in finish selections. Requirements
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor of Architecture program or Master degree program for Architecture at an accredited university.
- GPA of 2.7 or above.
- Familiarity with standards and codes.
- Working knowledge of CAD software, either AutoCAD, Revit or both.
- Familiarity with the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to sit, stand or walk for long periods of time.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
