We are seeking a Production Custodian to keep the exterior of our production and warehouse environment in clean and orderly condition. Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
  • Forklift operator certified or willing to obtain plus CO2 Filling.
  • Valid Driver’s License and safe driving record.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Physical stamina, with the ability to lift up to 70 pounds when necessary.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business.
  • Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and regular drug tests.
  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Performs housekeeping and grounds maintenance in warehouse and production areas.
  • Keeps production equipment and environment clear of debris, such as bottles, cans, and other related packaging material.
  • Notifies management concerning equipment condition and the indications of the need for repair and/or preventive maintenance.
  • Completes appropriate forms to document equipment status, order supplies, and comply with routine administrative procedures.
  • Loads and unloads materials onto or from trucks, pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand, forklift, hand truck, and/or electric pallet jack, as appropriate.
  • Counts and records the number of units of materials moved or handled, breakage, and spoilage on appropriate sheets.
  • Responsible for understanding and complying with all Quality Assurance guidelines and policies of the company.
  • Wears and utilizes appropriate safety equipment.
  • Wears Company-provided uniform and required sanitation and safety devices, as appropriate, to comply with safety and sanitation standards for beverage production operations.
  • Completes all required Food Safety and GMP training and demonstrates compliance on a continual basis.
  • Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.
